Andrea Adkins Recognized for Client Retention Innovation

Comcast Business recently named ResultsCX Account Manager Andrea Adkins as a Q4 2022 winner of the OpsBeat Award, which recognizes individuals on the Operations Team who go above and beyond to support their sales partners.

In explaining why they chose Andrea for the OpsBeat award, Comcast Business Solutions Advisor Program team lauded her for leading a new procedure to ensure accounts with special circumstances are quickly and accurately renewed. “Andrea helped create the process and gives feedback as to what is working and what needs to be tweaked. It has been a pleasure to work with her on this new process,” Comcast Business said in the award announcement.

Andrea credits her exemplary customer service to two things – a passion for her work with ResultsCX clients and her innate curiosity. “To win an award for doing something I love is very humbling,” she explained. “I enjoy the challenge of learning new processes and techniques, and the ways to implement them into my daily interactions with my customers.”
